Brown sugar ham

Brown sugar ham 😋😋 is a delectable glazed ham dish made by brushing a blend of brown sugar, honey, mustard, and spices onto a baked ham during the final 15-30 minutes of cooking. This glaze, typically prepared by simmering brown sugar, honey, mustard, and spices until the sugar dissolves, creates a sticky, sweet, and savory coating on the ham. The ham is usually baked in the oven at around 325°F (165°C) for approximately 12-15 minutes per pound or until it reaches an internal temperature of 140°F (60°C). The glaze is then applied to the ham towards the end of the cooking time, caramelizing to perfection.
